1. Overview
Yachay Systems respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.
2. What data we hold
If you have used our WhatsApp assistant or registered for a Tupay trial, we may hold: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, business name, city, and conversation history with our AI assistant.
3. How to request deletion
Send an email to info@yachay.systems with subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your WhatsApp number or email address used during registration. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation.
4. What gets deleted
All personal data associated with your account: onboarding records, conversation history, site data, and contact information. Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be retained for service improvement.
5. Automated deletion
Trial accounts are automatically deleted 33 days after trial expiry. No action required.
6. Facebook / WhatsApp Data
If you have interacted with our service via WhatsApp (Meta), you may also submit a data deletion request directly through Meta. We will honor all deletion requests received from Meta's systems within 72 hours.

Yachay Systems respektiert Ihr Recht auf Kontrolle über Ihre personenbezogenen Daten. Diese Seite erläutert, wie Sie die Löschung Ihrer Daten beantragen können und was dabei geschieht. Die Löschung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO ("Recht auf Vergessenwerden").
2. Welche Daten wir speichern
Wenn Sie unseren WhatsApp-Assistenten genutzt oder sich für eine Tupay-Testphase registriert haben, speichern wir möglicherweise: Ihren Namen, Ihre Telefonnummer, WhatsApp-Nummer, E-Mail-Adresse, Firmenname, Stadt sowie den Gesprächsverlauf mit unserem KI-Assistenten.
3. So beantragen Sie die Löschung
Senden Sie eine E-Mail an info@yachay.systems mit dem Betreff "Antrag auf Datenlöschung". Geben Sie Ihre WhatsApp-Nummer oder die bei der Registrierung verwendete E-Mail-Adresse an. Wir bearbeiten Ihren Antrag innerhalb von 30 Tagen und senden Ihnen eine Bestätigung.
4. Was gelöscht wird
Alle mit Ihrem Konto verbundenen personenbezogenen Daten: Onboarding-Datensätze, Gesprächsverläufe, Website-Daten und Kontaktinformationen. Anonymisierte Analysedaten (ohne personenbezogene Kennungen) können zur Verbesserung des Dienstes beibehalten werden.
5. Automatische Löschung
Testkonten werden 33 Tage nach Ablauf der Testphase automatisch gelöscht. Es ist keine Aktion Ihrerseits erforderlich.
6. Facebook / WhatsApp Daten
Wenn Sie über WhatsApp (Meta) mit unserem Dienst interagiert haben, können Sie auch direkt über Meta einen Antrag auf Datenlöschung stellen. Wir kommen allen Löschanfragen, die über die Systeme von Meta eingehen, innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach.

Yachay Systems respeta su derecho a controlar sus datos personales. Esta página explica cómo solicitar la eliminación de sus datos y qué sucede cuando lo hace. La eliminación de datos personales se realiza conforme al Art. 17 RGPD ("Derecho al olvido").
2. Qué datos almacenamos
Si ha utilizado nuestro asistente de WhatsApp o se ha registrado para una prueba de Tupay, podemos almacenar: su nombre, número de teléfono, número de WhatsApp, dirección de correo electrónico, nombre de la empresa, ciudad y el historial de conversaciones con nuestro asistente de IA.
3. Cómo solicitar la eliminación
Envíe un correo electrónico a info@yachay.systems con el asunto "Solicitud de eliminación de datos". Incluya su número de WhatsApp o la dirección de correo electrónico utilizada durante el registro. Procesaremos su solicitud dentro de 30 días y le enviaremos una confirmación.
4. Qué se elimina
Todos los datos personales asociados a su cuenta: registros de incorporación, historial de conversaciones, datos del sitio e información de contacto. Los datos de análisis anonimizados (sin identificadores personales) pueden conservarse para la mejora del servicio.
5. Eliminación automática
Las cuentas de prueba se eliminan automáticamente 33 días después de la expiración de la prueba. No se requiere ninguna acción por su parte.
6. Datos de Facebook / WhatsApp
Si ha interactuado con nuestro servicio a través de WhatsApp (Meta), también puede enviar una solicitud de eliminación de datos directamente a través de Meta. Cumpliremos con todas las solicitudes de eliminación recibidas de los sistemas de Meta dentro de las 72 horas.
